Hi, I'm Tanvir Mann — a Registered Nurse,
Critical Care Nurse, and the founder
of Nursing by NCLEX Brains.
I know exactly what it feels like to be an
internationally educated nurse navigating a
new country, a new healthcare system, and a
high-stakes licensing exam — because I've
lived it.
Originally from India, I immigrated to Canada
and built my nursing career from the ground
up. With over 7 years of hands-on experience
in ICU and NICU settings, I currently practice
as a NICU nurse — caring for the most
vulnerable patients every single day.
But I also saw something that troubled me —
brilliant, hardworking nurses failing NCLEX
not because they lacked clinical knowledge,
but because they lacked exam strategy.
That's why in 2025 I founded Nursing by
NCLEX Brains — to be the bridge I wish I
had when I was navigating this journey myself.
