By enrolling in our programs or using our

OUR PROGRAMS
Nursing by NCLEX Brains offers NCLEX-RN
and NCLEX-PN preparation courses for
nursing graduates and internationally
educated nurses. Our programs are for
educational purposes only.

PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars
(CAD). Payment is required in full at the
time of enrollment. We accept major credit
cards through our secure payment processor.

REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our programs,
all sales are final. If you experience
technical issues accessing your course
please contact us at [email protected]
and we will resolve the issue promptly.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course content including videos,
materials, and resources are the
intellectual property of Nursing by NCLEX
Brains. You may not reproduce, distribute
or share course content without written
permission.

DISCLAIMER
Nursing by NCLEX Brains provides
educational preparation for the NCLEX
exam. We do not guarantee that students
will pass the NCLEX exam. Results may
vary based on individual effort and
preparation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nursing by NCLEX Brains shall not be
liable for any indirect, incidental or
consequential damages arising from the
use of our programs or services.
